The countdown to the holidays has begun. The excitement of the Winter break just around the corner, and the warm feelings/memories that Christmas brings for Children and Adults alike.

If you’ve been following along with our blog posts the past few weeks, thank you for your continued support; if this is your first time stopping by, welcome! The Children’s Organ Transplant Society’s Season of Giving is our holiday Campaign to help gather more donations for BC’s Transplant Children and their families. In previous posts we’ve talked about how you can help, how the Children’s Organ Transplant Society help’s and the many ways you can donate. This week we go into a little bit more detail on the different ways you can donate.

Donating Online:

Donate

One of the easiest ways you can donate is online through our website by hovering over the top and clicking donate. This takes you to a page where you enter information about yourself (the donor), donation information (from frequency, and amount), payment information, and if the donation is in memory of someone special you are able to donate in tribute of their honour/memory. Tax receipts will be issued via email.

By Cheque:

The second method for donating can be by cheque, payable to the Children’s Organ Transplant Society. Please forward the cheque to our address below. Tax receipts will be mailed.

By Gift cards:

The third method for donations can by gift cards. Gift cards can be mailed to Children’s Organ Transplant Society by way of our mailing address at:

If you are thinking of donating by gift cards, please keep in mind Children’s Organ Transplant Society families live all over BC including small towns and communities. Please make sure that the gift card you are considering on donating is easily accessible for those families.  Some suggestions are: Superstore, Walmart, Save on Foods, and Shoppers Drug Mart. The more locations throughout the Province, the easier it will be for families to access and use those gift cards. Tax receipts will be mailed.
